BHA Service and Technician’s Assessment Report (STAR) Program
The BHA’s Service and Technician’s Assessment Report (STAR) Program identifies member contractors that strive to provide the best product and service for their clients. Using direct comments from their clients, BHA contractor members collect reviews and enter them through our online web form.
Note: The STAR Award timeframe aligns with the membership year (July to July). 2026 Submissions are due no later than 8/15/2026.
Each review must be dated within the membership year and score 4+ Stars to be included in the total. Based on the size of your company, you can qualify as a BHA STAR Award Company with 10-20 four star or higher submissions. All companies that meet the criteria will receive a Star Award Certificate and will be listed on the BHA website. These companies will also be recognized at our National Meeting in the Fall of 2026.
