BHA 2022 Annual Meeting Keynote Speakers

 

GEORGE HEDLEY

George Hedley of Hard Hat Business School and long-time speaker at World of Concrete.

George founded and built his construction company from $0 to $50 million dollars in only 7 years! For his accomplishments, George received the nationally recognized “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from Ernst & Young.  George is a graduate of the University of Southern California in Civil-Structural Engineering and has served as President of 3 industry associations.

George’s expertise is based on his real-world experience: leading & managing great people; owning & running a profitable company, and getting things done. His business success is the result of long-time repeat customers, focusing on priorities that really count, and management systems that always make a profit. As a founder of multiple businesses, his roles have included CEO, business owner, project manager, field superintendent, estimator, general contractor, subcontractor, and real estate, developer.

RYO ZSUN

Ryo Zsun [Ree-yōh Sun] is a Zappos Customer Loyalty Team veteran. Since joining Zappos in 2012, he has been an advocate and example of how core values can lead to strong company culture and an even better customer service experience. Ryo will share some key stories of examples about creating a “WOW” experience for customers and how these experiences can create customer loyalty.

ROB KELLEY

Robert J. (Bob) Kelly is chairman of The Sales Management Association (www.salesmanagement.org), a global, cross-industry association for sales management and sales operations. The Sales Management Association serves members in 50+ countries with research, conferences, and peer networking, and hosts the Sales Force Productivity Conference (www.salesmanagementconference.com).

Bob was previously vice president of sales operations and strategy at Genuine Parts Company, and worked in marketing strategy for MCI WorldCom. He teaches a sales management course to MBA students as an adjunct professor at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta.
