Back by popular demand after record-breaking attendance, we’re returning to the incredible Chicago venue for our 2026 event, taking place September 15–17, 2026. Building on the momentum of our biggest year yet, this three-day experience will bring the industry together for unmatched networking, meaningful conversations, and forward-looking insights. This event will be held at the Rivers Casino, 3000 S River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60018. (Must be 21+ to attend this event.)

BHA Member + pre-registration required: Join us for an on-site Egress Certification course designed to deliver practical insights and real-world expertise. This program features presentations from industry experts, interactive group discussions, and the opportunity to earn your certification through successful completion of the online exam. $99.

Return shipping procedures – the casino is not responsible for return shipping. If you need to return ship items, you must have a Bill of Lading and clearly pack/label your items. Another option is to take your items to the Fed Ex or UPS stores, just a few miles from the casino. The BHA is not responsible for items left behind.
